• Comparable property suggestions (AI-generated)
• Guidance on the appeal submission process

3. Important Disclaimers

The information and documents provided by our Service are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and ensuring compliance with your local tax authority's requirements.

4. Fees and Payment

• Our Service charges a one-time fee of $29.95 for generating appeal documents.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Payment is required before accessing the appeal document generation feature.
• Fees are non-refundable once the appeal document has been generated and downloaded.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If you experience technical issues preventing document generation, contact us for a full refund.
• Refunds are not available after you have successfully downloaded your appeal documents.
• We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your property tax appeal.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent the generated documents as official government forms
• Verify all deadlines and requirements with your local tax authority

You may use the generated appeal documents for your personal property tax appeals only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aidotax shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• The outcome of any property tax appeal
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated comparable property data
• Missed deadlines or rejected appeals
• Any actions taken by tax authorities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($29.95).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aidotax, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
